Forwards, backwards, variable speed and connection in series – those are the unique control features you will get with a conveyor from Baron.
Baron’s conveyors set new standards for the scope of application. A frequency converter makes it possible to use a powerful three-phase motor with a single-phase power supply, to vary the speed from 20 to 80 cm/sec, and to run the conveyor both backwards and forwards.
The conveyors can be connected in series with up to eight units working together. This makes it possible to use the conveyors both for removing material and for supplying new material without having to manually turn the conveyor around.
Baron units are Single Phase/240 volt. This means they can be operated via normal household power. The units are also made of Aluminium, so are extremely Light and Portable.

Sanwest Pty Ltd was established in 1987 when the Equipment Division of Mitchell Cotts Engineering was sold to the then Manager Mr Ken Hollick. With other existing personnel who had a long association with Australian industry, the new company was established to continue marketing the products to the Australian mining and process industries.
